I really had a tough time deciding wether to go with the bulking or diet regime. I went with the diet. I`m 20% about. lol So I guess it`s the right thing to do. It`s just that I hate the skinny look I have already.

After the diet I`ll start bulking. My 6ft. 3 frame needs ALOT of muscle to not look "regular" or skinny . I know I have alot of work ahead of me. But I want to be 250+ eventually. I`m 230 now.

I will update from time to time if anyone is interested.

You'll be at 10% in 8 weeks, easy. Probably less.

I was on the anabolic board and was told not to go below 12-13% max. I really respect their opinion, but I`m confused as hell. lol

I MAY not be comparing apples to apples though. So take the above with a grain of salt.
 
Humm, 12%-13% is still kinda high. Are you a powerlifter? From what I know they rarely get down to the single digit bodyfat.

SGX is designed to cut you up. You'll drop a lot of blubber really, really fast...heck, you'll be below 13% inside of a month...
 
any pics before you start SGX...i read a lot about this program, would be nice to see some visuals, to track progress..

juve, Look at my gallery there`s one or two pics. They`re pretty much what I look like now. That`s all I have really.
 
I'd get bf down as low as possible. LBM gains always seem to be better with a low bf.

SC has a bulking program too. Haven't done it personally, but I'm sure it's excellent.

Quality size takes time man. Just be patient.
(I have to remind myself of this all the time. :) )
