I really had a tough time deciding wether to go with the bulking or diet regime. I went with the diet. I`m 20% about. lol So I guess it`s the right thing to do. It`s just that I hate the skinny look I have already.
After the diet I`ll start bulking. My 6ft. 3 frame needs ALOT of muscle to not look "regular" or skinny . I know I have alot of work ahead of me. But I want to be 250+ eventually. I`m 230 now.
