Starting over

Just got some gear in today. It has been a couple of years since I ran anything. Was about 190lbs. then but getting a divorce I stopped working out and everything. Anyway I'm down to 145lbs. Got sust 250 and deca 100. Any suggestions on how to run my gear would be helpful. Thank's bro's.

if u have been 190 then u dont need steroids. if you just et and work out u'll back there quickly, muscle memory is a fanastic thing!! Also, y do u have it B4 u know what to do with it??? what r ur stats man???
 
Yea I have to agree.... if you were there once before you can get back with training and most importantly diet. once you get to the 180s maybe then start a cycle to up the stregnth and reach your mark. I mean if you do it this way you get the best out of your cycle.. I know the road very well Im a natural 150ish and I cant gain weight to save my life.. i got to 180 naturally finally then started my cycle... if i can get there someone who has been there can too easily. save the juice bro
 
Well I wanna get to about 205lbs. I'm 6' tall and 145lbs. Been skinny most of my life. I was using steroids to get to 190lbs before. Also don't have a appetite like I use to and I remember deca making me eat like a horse.

At 6' and 145 lbs if anyone on this site recommends you start a cycle they should be banned.

You need to learn how to eat. It's that simple. Getting full? Get over it, eat more.

Now that thats out of the way please post your FULL daily diet and training routine. I would bet after we add it up it's probly less than 2k calories a day, unless you make up a fake 5k diet and try to say you eat all that and still can't gain weight,
 
I have a high metabolism and work outdoors. I drink a mass gainer with about 90g of protein and 1,000 calories. Oatmeal and banana in morning. Lots of fruit. Beef, rice, potatoes, tuna etc. Then drink another shake in the evening. Have not started working out yet. Was waiting on gear. I'm a hard gainer. Buddy of mine said one shot a day but alternate.

WOW. I'm sry to be a dick man but it's guys like you that make steroids bad for all of us. You should already have a STRONG good consistent diet and training routine BEFORE you think about touching gear. At this point I refuse to offer you any help regarding the cycle.

However I will still offer you the help you REALLY need.

TOMORROW. Everything you eat write down what it was and when you ate it. Also dont just right beef, write how much. (4oz, 8oz, 1 lb, etc) Do this with everything you eat. If something has a nutrition label look at the serving size your eating and write down how many calories it is. Post it all back up tomorrow night so we can see exactly how many calories your eating.

You say your a hardgainer. Ok no big deal so I am. I was 150 lbs my whole life until turning 21 when I finally realized how to eat.

How old are you btw?

OP, I got to 240 lbs while on gear after lifting for years natural. I was off and did not lift for several years. I weighed 165 lbs and ended up weighing over 260 lbs and had not touched a drop of juice. I have an extremely fast metabolism and am a hard gainer also. I have to fight for every pound. You have a year at least of awesome gains while your body remembers. Why someone would use gear during that time is beyond me and either one is extremely stupid, or extremely lazy, in either case, it wont help.

Anyway I thought this was a forum to ask questions and get suggestions. Not smart ass answers. I'll jjust ask on another forum where people know what their talking about. Not trying to be a dick. We DO know what were talking about here on EF. If you want to act like that then maybe it is better if you just move to a different forum.

I provided you with the best possible advice you could be given in this situation. Don't be mad at me because it wasn't what you wanted to hear. I'm looking out for your long term health and what would be best for you. The fact is you have NO training routine, NO diet plan. You want the steroids to do ALL the work for you. So yes in my eyes you ARE lazy.
 
Bro! I'm not lazy. I have a job and work. Sorry I don't have a meal plan written down on paper to provide. As for workout out plan I go heavy with low reps. I have friends that eat, workout and use steroids and it worked for them. Sorry if I came off the wrong way. But so did you. I'm not looking to compete. Just get stronger and have a better physique. Tired of being skinny. I work a lot so its hard to keep track of diet. I just eat. And not a whole lot of junk food. I average between 4 and 5 thousand calories a day. I do split workouts.

let me explain something to you. you said you ran a cycle before and got up to 190 or what not. and now you are down to 145. the first time you ran your cycle you did not do it properly and where has it gotten you? absolutely no where.

if you would work out for 6 months and build mass first, then worry about a cycle you would keep more of your gains. so you make a choice. do you want to gain mass then just lose it all back? or do you want to gain mass and keep it?

Also I bet my bottom dollar you're eating nowhere near 4000 kcal a day.

Good luck. You'll be back asking how to cure your gyno and why you lost all your gains after your half ass cycle.
 
when you get married it's okay to slack off when you get a divorse or break up that's straight up gym/sexy time to get a rebound come on now...
 
If I may chime in. I came to this board a few years back looking for help. It was first suggested to me to go to fitday.com and track my food intake to see if I was where I needed to be, I wasn't. Then I was asked to post my workout routine, it was a mess too. Many of the commonly known guys here helped me get on track to PREPARE for another cycle. Yes I said another, I had run 4 others before and kept losing gains and constantly fighting to keep strength and size. Once I did begin my cycle, I was in a bad accident and couldn't lift due to a bad shoulder. I went into pct, something you haven't planned for, and was able to keep a large portion of my gains. I resumed working naturally after healing and am mow preparing to restart. I began this at 6'1 190 and am now at 233 as of this morning, no anabolics yet. If you allow these guys to help they will but no one here has a Jeanie they can unleash for you bro. You will be guided to success if you'll listen. I'll give you a free plat week to research if you pm me.
 
The reason we come off like we do to you is becuase your asking for help and the right answer isnt "take all that juice bro and slam myoplex youll be good to go" we are giving you the answers that best fits your goals, health, and situation. When he said you were lazy he wasnt saying your a lazy part of society and dont work.... he was saying your lazy in your approach to your body. I dont even have to see your food log to know based on you description that you are not taking in the right amount of cals, good solid food combos, proteins, carbs, fatty oils ect. Ill bet my right testee on it and thats my fav one..... we know what we are talking about and we have the best advise , these are guys are dedicated and an effin ocean of knowladge, but if all your looking for is to get jacked up about the idea of juicin with ignorant approach then yea your in the wrong place bro.
 
You want a body for life ,then build a solid foundation before adding steroids the more muscle memory you build up the more solid gains you will have when you take that first giant step "BLOOD,SWEAT & TEARS IS WHAT IT"S ALL ABOUT" and you're not even close to it!
 
I dont think that just bc you turn 36 doesnt mean you have a free pass to go about it like your new to the game and piss on proven methods... no disrespect but hes slacked off, he paid his dues before and now he has to pay them again... it happenes. The answer isnt oh your in your 30s and youve cycled before well hell bro hop in head first your good to go. There is no vip pass only continious work just my .2

i know a guy who never worked out and jumped on AAS. built up some mass.. then lost IT ALL after. why? cause he didn't know how to eat and train. just a waste of money and time.

And this is the case for most... Eventually they learn the hard way, or just give up altogether in the end because they're too damn stubborn to listen and learn.. i mean if u still can't do it after steroids lets face it there's just no hope for u, unless u change the way ur doing things!
Seen it happen. See it happening all the time. More and more people are using steroids these days without knowing how to eat and train... They turn to steroids as a "last resort" gain 10lbs of water think its mostly muscle continue training and eating the way they do.. come off, lose it.. Back to where they were, maybe with a little more fat and puffy nips. Then cycle again. and lose it again. I know guys who have been cycling for a while and look no better than they did before they started.

Knowledge is everything! Don't be the 50yr old guy saying "if only I knew 20 years ago what I know now..."
 
I know I don't have a high post count but still feel the need to chime in. OP, I got to 197 @11% body fat about 13-14 months ago. I then had some pain in my abs and the doc found I had 3 hernias. Long story short after my surgery I fell down to 148. I couldn't eat well and of course I couldn't workout. I started working out in late Oct of last year at 148. I got back to 190 before the end of the year. Muscle memory is awesome. I didn't use one single supplement unless you count protein powder and a multi vitamin. If you are going to use gear at least wait a couple of months. You will waste the stuff on gains you will make naturally. I mean, if anyone had the choice of making gains at the same rate would they do it naturally or on cycle? If you lift and eat you will make fast gains to upper 180's in no time. Your strength will come back at a crazy fast rate as well. Eat and lift my friend. Good luck.

So do you plan on staying on gear the rest of your life? If not, whats the point? If you cant get their on your own or stay there once AAS helped ya get there, then your just gonna lose it again.

At 6' tall you should be able to naturally get to and maintain a bodyweight over 200 and if you cant you need to spend more time learning how to do that or AAS is a waste of your time.

At 6' and 145lbs I would recommend steak, cheeseburgers, and heavy lifting. That is super skinny.
 
Well I'm gonna follow everyone's advice. Just wondering if my gear will still b good when I'm ready for it. Also its kinda confusing because I have friends that are not on any forums that say I need to cycle. They have cycled and kept their gains. But u guys have more experience so I'm gonna take the advice given. Any other help will b greatly appreciated. Thanks bro's.

If you have already used gear in the past then why wouldn't you know how to runa simple test/deca cycle? Doesn't add up.......and good luck finding a better forum than this one, everyone who has posted on this thread has given you great advice
 
And I'm taking the advice if you would read a little more gymjunkie. Just hope my gear is still good when I'm ready for it?
