hi all, first post. started the other week..went to GNC and got some Creatine Monohydrate and some designer protein. btw, I'm 17 and 130 pounds. 5 foot 8. I went 4 days taking three 15 gram servings of creatine and drinking 3 servings of this designer stuff. I guess that was the loading phase? I'm going to keep up on the three servings a day of this designer protein stuff, along with a protein bar a day that has like 25 grams of protein. I'm shooting for 250 grams of protein a day sound good? As for carbs, I'm lost. Hows this sound so far? I'm going to continue taking one serving of creatine now for a while, 10 grams or so.
