Starting Fitness - suggestions?

Hi all - Cool to have a forum to discuss these things :)

I was wondering - all who start up exercising has alot of body fat - but im like thin and dosent have any bodyfat at all ... i've been searching alot on the net for some sites to help me get started - i know that insted of a high-protein powder i need a weight gainer with a high carbohydrate % - to gain some weight to build up some mucles.

I was hoping some of you have some experience with my problem - and knows how i get started right. (im a bit of a rookie in fitness as you can see :) )

These questions i would like to be answered:

Protein powder Vs. Chocolate milk (from the local store) :)?
Food program ?
Any different types of training programs from (fat) to (slim) ?

I'd like to finish off by saying that im

18 years old / 75 kg / 192cm tall
Live right beside a big fitness center - so thats where ill be working out ( So your know that im not doing situps at home :)

ye i know - but tryed that for like 3 months - and i got "zip" :( eating regulare food with lots of mayonaise and such :P lots of meat etc .. still thin - having trouble with gaining size... what else can i do - nothing?
 
how often are you eating? and what kind of protein/.carbs/fats are you taking in. I believe that if you do it correctly, you can make gains on real food alone. Dont rely on shakes.
