Starting Adipokinetix, T2, Ephedra, & Caffeine Stack

I am starting the following tomorrow..
1 Adipokinetix 3x a day
1 Biotest T2 3x a day
200 mg. caffeine 3x a day
15 mg. herbal ephedra 3x a day

Just took the first dosage around an hour and a half ago and feel a little wierd to be honest... kinda full like I have no appetite first of all, and second kinda feel EXTREMELY full like I couldnt eat or I would puke and thats not possible..

Ill keep posting my experiences though..

Damn boy I feel so fucking wierd on this shit... I keep getting hot flashes and start sweating and shit and then I get the chills like I am fuckin freezing.

Then I get all lightheaded when I stand up and my stomach kinda feels like I got cramps and shit... I am taking 2 No Doz (200 mg. caffeine) 3x a day which is a lot for me I think..

As long as I burn off tons of fat I can handle these side-effects though!!

By the way I also feel EXTREMELY dehydrated and I have been drinking a TON of water all day long along with a lot of trips to the bathroom.. I also feel very nervous & anxious like I am about to stand in front of a classroom.

Mon...the dehydration is from all the caffeine...drink tons of water...as for all the sides, they should dissipate over a week or two so hang in there.

If you start getting some worse sides though...than you'll have to cut back...you have to stay safe..

Are your taking the Adipo and the ephedra at the same time? Many people cannot tolerate taking yohimbe and ephedra simultaneously. If this is what you're doing, try to separate them by several hours and see if it helps. If it doesn't I would suggest you take the logical step of dropping back to just EC and adding the Adipo and T2 back one at a time to see what exactly it is that is causing the side-effects.

I am on my 2nd day now and I feel a little better.. this stack kinda makes me feel like shit.. Like down in the dumps and shit.. having a little trouble sleeping also.

Give it some time...what you are feeling is normal. If the sides don't dissipate after a couple of weeks, than we may need to re-evaluate.
 
I really havnt decided yet.. I am thinking about going for maybe 3 weeks on this stack and then taking a week off. Or maybe doing 6 weeks on then just stopping and switching over to something else.. I really have not decided yet. Adipokinetix has always worked EXTREMELY well for me though so I probably wont stop that when I stop Biotest's T2 and the others..

What is the best way to cycle it.. maybe 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off, then 2 weeks on.. I have a total of around 6-weeks worth of T2 so well see..

I am also thinking about doing hte following training well here (sun-fri no/low carbs, sat binge on carbs)

Su- back, traps, bis, forearms
Mo- chest, delts, tris
Tu- calves, abs

Or something along those lines.. I dont know yet..

Ive heard grams of fiber SHOULD be counted as grams of carbs? Is this true? What about hot dogs? Are they bad? Diet soda? I really need all the DOs and DONTs for the 5-6 day low/no carb part.. also what about Equal?

-> Also I am going to do 1-2 Fat Fast days where Ill simply be eating >1000 calories a day.. like the 2 days before the carb-up Ill be living off of practically nothing... really trying to burn off the extra fat.

use the search to look up info for the animalbolics diet. it is the best way to diet without dropping a good portion of muscle. It is basically no carbs with the exception of 2 post-workout meals.

Mon...listen bro...I think you are overcomplicated this whole thing.Best way to do this is simple...M-F go with 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight and 1/2 a gram of carbs per pound of bodyweight...as far as fats, they should come from the foods you eat like red meat and eggs during the low carbs(you can also include some EFAs from flax, fish oils and olive oil.)

On the weekend switch to 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight and 2 grams of carbs per lb.Than you can load your creatine, glutamine, etc.

Use your thermogenics only M-F and take weekends off. Try your best to use clean bodybuilding foods at all times...of course on weekends you can have some fun carbs as part of your count.

Don't count veggies as part of carbs. Equal is fine as it contains no carbs. Screw the hot dogs...they're crap...eat clean.

Train M-F and take weekends off,but do cardio.

This is an easy, sane, effective plan...do it right and you will not fail!

Animalbolics is the shit. I'll post all my info on it tonight. the best part about it is you can eat like this year round(with changes in Kcal) and not be stressin about carbs or fat the whole time.
 
Thats fucking awesome yo!! I cant wait to start on Sunday..

I am prolly going to do 30 minutes of AM cardio.. then I think I am going to eat the following..
M1- tuna + 1 tbsp. mayo
M2- protein bar maybe eggs or tuna again (pretty low carbs- maybe a salad) -> I like a green salad with tuna and little mayo with a few whole eggs
M3- (1 hour before workout) 1-2 apples
M4- (postworkout #1) 40g protein, 100g carbs maltodextrin/dextrose combo
M5- (postworkout #2) 40g protein, 100g carbs maltodextrin/dextrose combo

Thatll probably be it for me.. well see what happens.

multiply your weight x12. that is your daily kcal intake.

meals before workout: as low carb as you can keep em.

my post workout(190lbs/9%bf):3 scoops of ultra feul(75g carbs)
..................................................1.5 scoops isopure(35g pro.)
...................................................5g glutamine/10g creatine
...................................................no fat(fat slows digestion)

then spaghetti and a chicken breast.

*note I wouldnt go to 100g carb post workout unless your using slin.

Whatusp bro? Yeah well see what happens.. I weigh around 225 so I am around 100 kg.. which he suggests for how many grams of carbs to take in postworkout then again 2 hours later.

I am confused then bro your saying that I shouldnt take in any fruit for breakfast or preworkout? I thought that was the entire idea low-glycemic fruits or whatever...

Monstar, i'm not one to promote as but, with the price your paying for your stack you can get an excellent winny, test, fina cycle

(in my opinion) it will also be a lot safer (when done correctly) and have less sides, it seems to me that your just taking WAY to many stimulants, not to mention the crash is going to kill you

it will be more effective in burning fat AND preserving your muscle

Also, dieting up is as simple as doing cardio 3-4 times a week, taking in frequent (5-6) high protien and good fat meals, take carb during the day (not before you workout) and only take simple carbs immediatly after your workout and avoid carbs during your last to meals because they could trap fat, also-- nothing happens overnight, a good cutting periodization should last (if done correctly) up to 6 weeks.

Have you never sone AS before? If your not against it than i strongly advice you think over your cutting cylce

I dont use AS nor will I ever... I know that for the price I am paying I bet I could get hooked up with a pretty good steroid stack.. I have read about a ton of illegal fat-burning drugs that would probably work wonders for fat-loss...

What about the side-effects did you say? I would have less side-effects? How is that possible? And in what form capsule or injecting? Just curious..

Well, to name a few of your stacks sides:
elevated BP
suppressed appetite
hypotension
insomnia
headaches
depression
prostate enlargment

that seems like a ton of sides to me -- just like steroids, OTC sups could be safe when administered correctly. I don't believe your cycle is all that safe. You don't have to take it from me, ask your physician.

If you are willing to take all of those stimulants i wouldn't see why you aren't willing to take AS (I assume it is for health reasons, although i may be wrong)

These cutting cycles based on CNS stimulation are problematic in my view. Most over-training syndromes are related to CNS fatigue not muscle fatigue. When you get into CNS fatigue all kinds of bad hormonal things happen, too. So these types of stacks will make it more likely to wear down the CNS. I like stimulants just before the workout and that is the only time. Different strokes for different blokes, I guess.

Also when I started this stack I fucked up and took 500 mg. caffeine 3x a day instead of 300 mg. I didnt realize how many mg. were in the tablets I am so retarded!

Is that what your talking about bro? Aight I got it... I am curious though would be it okay to just take ONE day off from the det instead of 2? I am really shooting for MAX fatloss and I am thinking of going with Sun-Fri 1g carbs per 2 lbs. bodyweight and then Sunday bump up my carbs... is that cool bro?
