Hey guys what are your staple supplements that you stay on for most of the year? I keep mine pretty simple just looking for some extra opinions.

I take
Bcaas
Whey protein
Multi vitamin
Glutamine
Also cycle creatine throughout the year

BCAA's

Multi

I love glutamine

Multi Vitamin
Fish Oil
TUDCA cycled through the year

There are so many beneficial health supplements such as curcumin and resveratrol (plus 30 others) but I tend to just stick with the above and add in others when I can.

I also love GDA's to increase insulin sensitivity and muscle fullness. I have been using one pre workout recently then having my EAA's and HBCD's intra workout.

I love pre workouts too... they really help me train hard and give me increased energy and focus. Check out my sign for a great deal... you will love it :)

WHEY ISOLATE
CREATINE
MULTI VIT/MINERAL
B12

I take these items daily.

Lib 52, multi, preworkout, protein (whey, soy, casein), intra workout (amino acids), melatonin. I must have these

Vitamins + Minerals (multi, mg, zn)
Digestive enzymes + probiotics
EFAs
Joint stack
Protein powders (MPI, WPI)
PW

The biggest factor in determining your success (or lack there of) with your physique and fitness goals is going to be your diet and training. Stick with the 'bread and butter' supplements:
1. A high quality protein powder

2. A fish oil
http://needtobuildmuscle.com/store/H...ll-TS-p91.html
3. A high quality multivitamin

4. Creatine

You could add a BCAA supplement to the above list but it isn't required. http://needtobuildmuscle.com/store/P...GEAR-p149.html

A good natural testosterone booster would be a good addition as well, if budget permits: http://needtobuildmuscle.com/store/Cycle-Support/HCGenerate-ES-p238.html

Stick to the basics. A proper diet, HARD training and consistency is what is going to give you the results you are after. Not some fancy pre-workout drink.
