If you already have been training and have muscle and if your body fat is low, you will see improved hardness and tone. You will not gain much in the way of "new muscle". You will improve the hardness and tone of existing muscle.
Keep your protein intake high, sugars and sodiums low. Look into things you can do to protect your liver. Milk Thistle or a Liver Detox like Tylers.
There are other anabolics you can consider for a first cycle besides winny, and get bigger. Are you trying to get big or just cut existing muscle?
