far out first day today on it i felt really good at the gym took it in the morning after my breakfast and then after 1 hour hit the gym i absolutely shredded my workout on legs 150kg on squats with i couldn't even get to 140kg and pushed out 5 times i couldn't believe it had so much energy i destroyed my legs workout was amazing but now as time comes im getting really tired and feel funny i dont know why i had a bit of a headache but its gone away is that normal and its my first day on it i was sweating heaps on it at the gym like sweat was poring of me more than usual but now as time comes i feel really down and tired is it normal?
