I recently bought a standing desk and wanted to see if other people have followed suit. I have a hard time sitting in a chair for a long time. Standing feels good.

i have several disc issues in my neck due to having a desk job for 20 some years.

Good stuff... I use a Swiss Ball Chair my self but standing desk in money too.

Have a look around you. See anyone else doing it? Then they followed doing what you did.

It's a great invention and inarguably one of the best health investments an office worker can make.

It's crazy how damaging sitting can be to your body.

Great job. If you are at a desk all day and dont have a stand up then make sure you are getting up each hour to at least walk around for a few minutes.
