alright guys ned some help -over the last 2 years i have lost 80lbs .and for the last 6 months i have been just staying the same -mostly due to my diet on the weekends .well now i wanna take it to the next level and get in much better shape and cut bf%.i am 40 years old 5ft 11 and weight 235 and i am 23% bf -ouch !!i pretty much know the principles of eating now -learned from you guys .my schedule has now changed so i can workout in the am before work and i have 1.5 hours to get it done 6 days a week .what do you guys suggest i do ?eat before /eat after ,weights first ,cardio first ,length of cardio ,open to all your suggestions .i wanna get leaner and stronger not bigger .from being i giant fat guy for the last 15 years i dont wanna be called big guy anymore LOL!!
thanks for any help you can give -you guys have been a great source insperation for the 2 ot 3 years .

carb cycling and cardio man...mainanence lifting try that for 12 weeks....
