Hi Guys

Been reading up a bit on clen and t3, and have come across the following cycle, which looks good and a few people have recommended, see below:

Clen / T3 STACK:

Clen cycle:
30ml @ 200mcg/ml of LiquiClen = 6000mcg/ per bottle

Day 1-2: 20mcg
Day 3-4: 40mcg
Day 5-6: 60mcg
Day 7-9: 80mcg
Day 10-12: 40mcg
Day 13-14: 20mcg

2 weeks ON, 2 weeks OFF cycle = 640mcg = 1 Bottle will last 9.3 cycles

T3 cycle:
30ml @ 50mcg/ml of LiquiT3 = 1500mcg/ per bottle

Day 1-2: none
Day 3-6: 25mcg (one dose in the AM)
Day 7-10: 50mcg (split into two doses, 8 hrs in between)
Day 11-13: 75mcg (split into three doses, 6 hrs in between)
Day 14-17: 100mcg (split into 4 doses, 4 hrs in between)
Day 18-21: 125mcg (split into 5 doses, 3 hrs in between)
Day 22-25: 100mcg (split into 4 doses, 4 hrs in between)
Day 26-29: 75mcg (split into three doses, 6 hrs in between)
Day 30-33: 50mcg (split into two doses, 8 hrs in between)
Day 34-37: 25mcg (split into two doses, 10hrs in between)
Day 38-45: 12.5mcg(one dose in the AM)

45 DAY cycle = 2525mcg = 2 Bottles needed

Try not to take it to close to you workouts due to the "cramping" effect Clen has and also don’t take it to late either or you wont sleep. Do not take Clen Past 4pm

Taurine MUST be used with Clen at 3-5g daily. Clenbuterol depletes taurine levels in the liver which stops the conversion of T4 to T3 in the liver. Taurine allows the user to avoid the dreaded rebound effect and painful muscle cramps. It's a must with Clen. And also take 1000mg-2000mgs of Potassium.

Clenbuterol should not be taken too close to a workout. It can interfere with your breathing and completely ruin your workout. When doing cardio, it's advisable to stay at a consistent pace and avoid HIIT style routines. If the taste is too strong for you try mixing it with Lemon juice.

AND drink plenty of water; 1.5-2 gallons a day.


Questions:
1: Should i take the clen and t3 cycle at the same time?
2: or should they be run after each other, so clen cycle then t3 cycle?
3: Or should I take clen cycle, then break and then t3 cycle then break, then back onto clen and so on?

I am currently stacking this with growth on the following cycle:
day 1: 3 iu
day 2: 3 iu
day 3: 4 iu
day 4: break
then repeat

Also taken along with 100 mg of Oxymetholone and 50mg of clomid
and 1ml of TNT300 (3 types of test an tren) a week, cycling up to 4 ml over the 20 weeks.


any help or advice would be greatly appreciated....
 
bro, clen and t3 are both a terrible idea to be using... clen is so dangerous and t3 is not only dangerous but also will just eat away at muscle... neither of these make any sense whatsoever in the risk/reward factor... ESPECIALLY when you have sarms available to you... with sarms you can melt fat AND STILL gain lean muscle... you will also feel so much better and be able to perform at maximum potential... read my sarms articles here... also, I know t3 will try to eat muscle, hence the Oxymetholone and TNT300
 
I have never used Clen or T3, and never will. Clen is absolutely horrible for your health, and T3 is catabolic as fuck, even on AAS. I just think there are better options for fat loss like GW and Albuterol. That is the stack I routinely use to shred up
 
I've been criticized for saying it -- but I'll say it. Clen has no place in bodybuilding.

I understand some pros use it to peak for a show but beyond that it serves no purpose. It's temporary fat loss at a high price. Why bother?

Hell, at 59 I got down to 6% bf without even using stim supplements. Don't tell me you can't lose fat.
