Hey ssalexss I just read a post of yours on the power lifting board and am curious about some thing. If you have never played hockey how do you know that you joints dont ache? I am a ex hockey player? Yes I got paid to do it. I never made it to the nhl but played for many years in echl and rhi. I am now retired at the age of twenty seven. Not because I could not play any more but because I am in so much pain by mid season I can barely walk. I have two plates in my right foot with six screws holding my foot together. I have had three surgries on my right knee two on my left and we won't talk about all the stiches to my face. If you do any sport to and push your self really hard you will have injuries and soreness when you are older. I personally know a couple of nhl guys who tworads the end of the season they are haveing their hand tapped to the stick becasuse they cant close their hands any more.
