everytime i do squats i have this weird feeling at the back of my knees, almost as if the back of my knee is popping. it's usually painful enough that i have to stop the squat and quickly stand up. is this normal? (probably not lol)
no....good chance you are going too heavy too soon...tendon and legament take longer to build strength and tolerance than muscle...thats why you see BB with injuries trying to power-lift...
