Squats session caused bleeding....

^^^ if you haven't had hemmorroids as a lifter then you weren't lifting hard enough... I am being facetious but that would make a great t-shirt slogan with a picture of a lifter squatting and straining 405 in the pic lol

Wahahaha

Love it!

Pain is weakness leaving the Body

I had bleeding that got progressively worse. It would go away for weeks, then be back, and I'd have bright red water in the toilet. Finally went to the doctor to get the news that I was dying of colon cancer, but it was just internal hemorroids. In a lot of people they just don't heal on their own. I needed a scope anyway, so while he was in there he put rubber bands around them and choked them off. They shrivel up and fall off and leave a little scar. A bit uncomfortable for a few days, but no more bleeding. Internal hemorroids don't have any sensory nerves, so you can do the rubber band trick. External hemoroids are the ones you can feel pain and itching, so a rubber band would send you though the roof. :)

Went to the toilet after doing back today (a lot of straining) and what do ya know blood again.

I think it's time to see the doctor guys.
Not looking forward to an internal examination at all. Yikes

Haemorrhoids are always in your arse, and then straining can make them come out and thats what people call the 'bunch of grapes'. But really, they are nothing more than enlarged blood vessels. You can get rid of haemorrhoids by squating when you 'pass a stool (so like a french toilet stance). This reduces the stress and you need to push less, and thus less strain, and symptoms improve.

It's definitely the lifting causing this, and i would say no cause for concern. Just take it easy, as to physically burst blood vessels needs quite a lot of strain, thus, you may be slightly overdoing it.

Update:

Went to see my GP today and had and internal examination (won't be getting that done again in a hurry) and the Doctor said no sign of hemmeroids or piles but also added hemmeroids can be quite high up in the rectum so non reachable with a finger 😲

She told me to keep watch and if anymore bleeding occurs to book an appointment to get some hemmeroids suppository capsules.

Time will tell

First thing I done when she said I need an internal examination was look to see how big her fingers were lol

^^^ yikes. i've always wondered why someone would go to medical school to learn how to stick a finger up an anus. i used to play poker with an 'ass doctor' and he was one ugly MFer.. i guess when you are that ugly you don't mind sticking your finger up strangers butts.
