I'm tired of going to the gym and having to stand in line to use the squat rack
So i bought my own for my garage
So now i can spend an entire workout just doing squats
My plan was to do 5 sets of 12 reps, then go heavier and do 5 sets of 5 reps. Then do some drop sets where i do a few more sets ass to grass as many reps as i can. Is this a good workout or too much?
