would having a large 24 hr reefeed (10g/kg body weight significantly delay gettin back into ketosis to say stickin to a maintenace 24 hr reefeed??im askin as ive been nstruggling to get into ketosis after 5days even though ive been eating nxt to no carbs and im doin plenty cardio etc.ive even upped the fat intake and cut out the p/w carbs,coffee,etc.its drivin me nuts!!
