Do you think it's a good idea for the people who follow a non-Westiside strength program to have a an entire day devoted to speed in all 3 lifts. Something like this
Bench 50% @ 10 x 2 reps
Squat 60% @ 10 x 2 reps
Deadlift 55% @ 5 x 1 rep
Abs
Done.
