here's my beef.............
i can duplicate your form when i have the same weight you did on the bar. is there anyway you could do another post on all the gm's but with some weight that makes you strain????
i know this is asking a lot, but you project, hannibal, heck pills and ironlion may even want to join in the fun. i dont think i do them right, and you have amazing form. so i just wanted to see what amazing for looked like when your straining?
i appreciate any advice or help you can provide
