I've read studies that say phytoestrogens present in soy have absolutely no estrogenic effects in humans and absolutely no effect on serem testosterone levels etc. etc. And of course I have heard the opposite.
I'm confessing that for about 30 days now I have been using Soy postworkout because it is CHEAP and has good bioavailabilty and I felt that I needed to mix up from the normal.
Is there truly any reason why I shouldn't do this? I feel no different - nothing to boast about but no complaints either. Just wondering what you all thought - I'd like to hear real tangible evidence either way and not just broseph hearsay.
