Sort of Newbie/ Read Please..

1 - 21
2 - About 5 years of solid lifting, 3times a week undergo insane cardiovascular.
3 - 5'10
4 - 185-195 depending on water
5 - About 11% BF
6 - Relately clean diet
7 - To gain weight to be at least 220
8 - Currently on a cycle of Deca, Winny, and Primo.


Before I came onto this site, I felt I had a pretty adequate knowledge of gear although I am still somewhat of a newbie. I've done roughly about three cycles. I am in desperate need for help. I know everyone takes gear for different reasons, but for me it is EXTREMELY frustrating because I need to be a certain size for my profession as I'm sure some of you do to. I won't say what I do, but judging from my avatar you can figure it out.

Here's my dilemma. I had to relocate half way across the country to enter the next step of my career which is non stop training. I go through three hour sessions nightly, and sometimes after practice I feel about five pounds lighter. I came down here at 205 pounds and within one month of training I was down to 185. Since I am not getting paid for what I do yet, I also work and am on my feet for hours on end.

So then I got some gear, but I know I got the wrong type. Everyone down here is a powerhouse and range from like 220 up till 280 with relatively low body fat. My body fat is lower then pretty much all of them so I decided screw getting big, I'll just get more cut which was a mistake because after I got even more ripped, they told me to gain some weight.

I am about half way through a cycle consisting of Deca, Winny (started with orals then switched to injectables), and primobolan . I look incredibly vascular, but then once someone told me to gain weight I knew I was screwed because I had nothing that put on size. So from my source I bought Anadrol from Genepharm to help add some weight.

All of the gear I got from this one source seemed to be completely legit, however I herad this anadrol worked great for size and I have yet to put on one pound. My diet consisted of intaking around 300 gms protein a day and like 4 small meals. The problem with me is I dont have an appetite. I know everyone says you have to eat, but I try to stay clean and take three muscle milk shakes a day, glutamine, maybe some grilled chicken and other stuff like that. Once I was on these pills though, absolutely nothing is happening and its been two weeks.

I tried to increase my calorie intake by using a 2500 calorie weight gainer once aday and trying to eat at least two thousand more. Still, my weight is either consistent and sometimes I lose a pound of to. Does this mean this Anadrol has to be fake?

I would of thought with the extra calories I would gain something, but still nothing. I mean yeah I';m not as hungry cause these shakes fill me, but still.


Any advice will help.

STOP taking a 2500-calorie shake!!!!!!! Your body will not process it efficiently. Most likely you are pissing away most of it…. In addition many weight gainers are chocked full of sugar!!

Try this……

2-3 protein shakes per day…… 3-4 whole meals per day. Never have two liquid meals in a row. Eat before you go to bed…. A shake will do fine just make sure you consume egg or casein protein as they digest slower.

As far as your gear being fake….. Post pics on that board. That will get you the answers you need!

I suspect that you are working your body to hard. If you do not recover properly EVERYTHING can get out of wack, you will not grow!

Remember …. Most of us spend less than 10 hour a week in the gym… The rest of the time we work on giving our bodies adequate nutrition and sleep…. You can train your ass off bro,,, take great gear,,,, if you don’t get the other things in check…. You’re going to be in deep shit! And…… weigh about 165!!!
 
Hey,
I'm fairly new to this as well, but I have had great weight gains that lasted off my last three cycles with sustanon combined with d-bol...my source says to stay away from winnie, equipoise and prima if you want to make weight gains....use them only later after the weight gains to harden the muscle weight you put on with sustanon and d-bol. then you'll be bigger AND ripped!

Hope that helps you, I'm new to this too and i know how frustrating it is when you are asking for help and no one gives any.

Winny is for cutting not bulking. Where's your test source? You may be training too hard. Training intensity is just like juice - more is not always better. How many cycles before? What were they like? Any success with any of them in terms of gains? You are always going to lose something after a cycle. Genetics plays a big part as does time. What's your training look like, weights and cardio? How much protein are you taking in a day? How many calories? Lots of questions but they all play together and if you don't strike the balance you piss away money on juice and you don't see anything for it.
