A friend of mine used rad140 and gw501516 together and had some good gains on it. The issue is he is 5 years younger then me and weights about 100 pounds more lol. Plus our goals are very different.
I’m 24 and 155 pounds. My goals are more size and energy vs. fat loss.
How much would you run rad and gw and would 8 weeks be long enough to see results?
