sore nips while on 1mg. of Arimidex

I'm running 400 mg. of Sustanon (split in 2 injections/week) and 600 of EQ along with 40 mg of Var and experiencing sore nipples when they are being touched. I'm not an expert on estrogen management but I've been told that my pharma grade prescribed by my doctor will only help minimize one aspect of the estrogenic sides. I've used aromatase inhibitors in the past but I'm just concerned that if I don't do something I will get gyno. I was thinking about adding AIFM or Formeron by Black Lion Research but wanted to get the advice of the board. Thanks!!

Hey bro, sorry to hear that, just to clear things up you don't say how often you dose, just 1mg dex, is that ed/eod/bi weekly?

1 mg everyday of adex. Doesn't seem to do shit for gyno. I took half a letro on Saturday and a quarter on Sunday and my chest feels a lot better. I definitely don't feel the test as much. I bought a bottle of AIFM so I'm planning on using that to help with the E2 on a longterm basis.

Yeah you must be estro sensitive bc 1mg ed should be more than sufficient, but if the letro works for you then stick with it bc it's like 20 times stronger, just watch your dose and don't overdo it.

400 test , 200 deca , 200 tren every week and 1mg Adex ED and I still have to take a little Letro every 4 days or so to keep my nip from being sore.

I sure don't. I'm at the highest bodyfat I've ever been (280 lbs) so I think that plays a major factor with estrogen right now. and I'm 36 not 25.
