Sore nips on gel

I've been on Androgel for about 3 weeks at 4 pumps daily. Well a few days ago I noticed my nipples are really tender but have no lumps yet. Since starting I am up about 6 pounds.

Question is I go back to the doc in about 2 weeks, should stop using the gel for now or continue until I get back to doc. I plan on telling her I want the injections. Any ideas?

You know, I never had sore nipples but when I used Androgel, my right testicle would ache fairly badly. Sounds stupid but it's true. When I went to injections, I haven't had any issues like that at all.

Sorry this doesn't help you but it reminded me. Wonder what's up with the gel that makes it do things to us that injections don't.

Ask for injectable as it converts to DHT and estrogen at a much lower rate and alot slower...Not to mention it's a once per week/once EOW type of thing.

Injectable is THE staple for HRT/TRT

Thats the plan and I hoping she will agree to it since it is causing pain in my nipples.
