So if someone decides they're a woman trapped in a man's body, they get a bunch of rights.
1) State-paid gender reassignment surgery
2) Anti-discrimination rights
3) Protection to use their restroom of choice
4) Gender protection rights under their new gender (i.e. a newly-declared female can sue for a hostile work environment)
etc. etc.
But what if I decide I'm a Native American or and Eskimo trapped in a Caucasian man's body? Shouldn't that mean I can check the minority box on a college application or during a job interview?
