Someone tell me how to put oats in a shake??

I don't buy organic rolled tied up with a ribbon oats - I use Quaker.....but regardless juuuuussst toss them in....toss them in - dry....toss-toss-tossaroo....

Well depends on how you want to eat it - thick = with a spoon; thin = gulp it down....

wow!!! had 1/2 cup with 1 TBSP ANPB and just half a scoop of chocolate protein powder and they were damned good!!!
