Thats the worst case of gyno I have ever seen. I've seen pictures of gyno from obesity but they never looked that bad. Poor guy.

Looks like he has never been in a gym, if he starts a cycle and weights, without any knowledge of how to train, He will simply hurt himself.
 
Everytime anyone posts a pic of gyno everyone assumes it's steroids or pro-hormones. Most cases, and especially teh really bad ones, ARE PUBERTY INDUCED GYNO.

True, when I was 12 I had hardcore pain in my nipples for about a week, thank god my body fixed itself and it went away and didn't cause me to grow any boobs. Although to this day I as still very gyno prone to most products including pro-hormones which I don't really even touch anymore. Waste of $$ IMHO!

YOu guys I am gonna call photo shop on this one (damn I am pesimistic tonight, calling bullshit on both this and JJs thread about guess the primo).

My reason of thinking:

1.If you look at them titties closely, you can see that they are really white and if you look closely, you can see a bikini line. Im sure this dude would never wear a bikini (lets just hope), he would probably just keep his shirt on.

2. Look at his nipples. Those are chick nipples (nasty chick nipples, but chick nipples). Guys nipples dont have that big of areola (the brownish pinkish orea cookie portion around the nipple). Also those are perky little erect nipples. Dosent look like a dudes.

I have seen a few cases of gyno and for the most part they dont look saggy like that just puffy. That wouldnt be a hard one to pull of in Photoshop.

Based on this I sent it to a friend of mine that is a graphic designer, has extensive experience in retouching photos and formerly ran the art production shop of a high profile Chicago promotional marketing firm. He is really good at analyzing the details of the grain patterns in photos among other things. This is what he wrote back to me:

"It looks to me like a retouch job. The grain pattern of the
breasts and the rest of the image doesn't match, nor do the skin tones if you look at them closely... in fact the image looks "blotchy" where the breasts look they were cut into the image."

Good call Mavy! Looks like you are correct.

The skin tones probably don't match because of the bikini top he wears when he lays out at the pool. LOL
