Some update daily progress pics! 6 weeks in!

Hows the knee. The swelling went down in my calf now i can pretty much walk normal but it still hurts. And it spasm. But in about a week im going to start rehabbing it calf raises and lightweight squats then a week after that i will start cycle.

The knee is doing better, swelling is down, I have not done any legs, trying to take it easy..


But sadly a new problem arose.
My fucking gyno is coming back. I'm 9weeks in, and it's coming back hard, I'm upping my stane to 25mg stane ED to see how that works.

Can you get your hands on any arimidex? That is the best thing for guno its and estrogen blocker.

Ya calf is on the mend. I actually did 100 squats w just body weight and 100 calf raises w just body weight and two sets of walking lunges yesterday. It held up ok. I cant run or jog or even walk fast yet but i can do the rehab excercises. In 2-3 weeks i shud b 80-100% back. I was in super good shape when i got hurt so that cuts healing in half. Im a warrior i push hard to b hard. Lol.

None of that. Only have stane and Letro on hand. I'll just up my stane dose and hope for the best.

That's good about your calf, but take it easy still, don't want to hurt it again!
 
I am. Im doing the assigned rehab excercises. My legs r rediculous strong so my calf shud heal quickly. Gonna start my cycle next monday also!
 
Okay guys so i have around 2 weeks left of my cycle. I figured I would upload a pic and fill in on my progress.



Okay, I'm feeling stronger n stronger every day. I feel good and my diet is been quite good. Iv had a few off days, and a few changes in some food. But other then that. It's been pretty spot on.

Got a little bit of Acne break out. But nothing I can't handle.

I hope to make you all proud!
My knee I better, but not good enough to squat heavy. So I have been doing light weight squats and leg extensions just to keep my legs in play!

Thanks bro! Trying to kill it each and everyday! My first comp I'm very nervous! Don't know what to expect.. But I know I want to be the best! And I'll stop at nothing until I succeed.

Knee feeling better. Laid if legs for the last two weeks.. But Better safe then sorry. I'm going to hit legs Monday. I will keep you posted bro!
