Okay guys so i have around 2 weeks left of my cycle. I figured I would upload a pic and fill in on my progress.
Okay, I'm feeling stronger n stronger every day. I feel good and my diet is been quite good. Iv had a few off days, and a few changes in some food. But other then that. It's been pretty spot on.
Got a little bit of Acne break out. But nothing I can't handle.

My knee I better, but not good enough to squat heavy. So I have been doing light weight squats and leg extensions just to keep my legs in play!
