At your size I think 20mg a day is more the way to go. 20-30mg a day feels right to me and I'm 5'9" 195lbs.
 
I also don't take any supps except multi-vit and whey, and I've only been back training seriously for weeks. I have 60 pills coming so I could do 20/day but should I start lower and build up if 10 isnt enough. I'm considering a 3 week cycle phasing in from 10 - 15 - 20. Has anyone tried this?

I'm just starting my m1t cycle at 15g a day, might up to 20 or more??, and stacking it with 4ad 600mg a day, thats 300mg 4ad and 5mg in the morning then 300mg 4ad and 10mg m1t half an hour prior to workout. I'm 6'3" and currently just under 200lbs. Does that sound about right for me?

Also exactly how bad is m1t for your liver? anywhere i can go to get some good info? I'm currently not taking any liver supps and wondering exactly how afraid I should be to take m1t without any... or how afraid with them even... :-p
