Some questions from a first timer

ok wont waste too much time. 34, 6'2, 215, working out 8 years steady and CLEAN. made the decision to try something extra. maybe shoulve done research first, didnt, here is problem. got 42 50 mg winnys, not sure how much milk thistle or anything else to take with. wanting to look good for my next fight, mma. going put in plenty of cardio, know how to work out , what do i stack, whats recipie for dragon winny 50s

And so from what I am understanding, for a first cycle 250 a week for 12 weeks would be plenty as long as I have a very good diet and killer training and I should still get gains (and I'll be saving some money). I won't need an AI but I will consider to have forma on hand in case. And now just a PCT, if the cycle is very light and I decide to keep it at 250 a week for 12 weeks, what kind of PCT will I be looking at and for how long?

Also, instead of using actual clomid pills, would Liquid Clomi from chemicalneed suffice?

Also, what week should I start running HCGenerate?

I honestly think you should give it a try see how you respond. You can always go higher but 250/week puts your levels a fair amount higher than even the highest 19 year old. You can always increase after 6 weeks if you aren't making gains.

I will give it a try but I am trying to understand the how should I dose the clomid(mg) and for how long. Also I know Dylan said to introduce the HCGenerate on cycle, which week would I add that and how much should I take(is it even necessary)?

If I run it I'm settled at:
Week 1-12 Test-E 250 mg

But I am still confused about the other stuff I listed! Sorry for being such a noob. I just can't decide. As I said in my earlier post, I was just simply thinking of clomid for a PCT and nothing else. Well forma most likely wouldn't be needed until pct, but it would be wise to have on hand throughout cycle. And for hcgenerate I would add it in around week 5 say 2 caps am 2 caps pm and although it may not be necessary it is definitely a plus to use it, helps keep your balls from shrinking and will also help you transition into your pct phase with a better chance of recovery and keeping gains. Clomid I would use at 12.5-25 mgs a day for 4 weeks maybe go first 2 weeks at 25 and the last 2 at 12.5. And liquid clomid should be fine.

Real hcg is a good substitute! So is "bridge" double dosed. 2 weeks after
Last pin is a good time to start and the hcgenerate throughout the entire cycle into pct is a good way to use it.
