Some questions from a first timer

From what I've been researching though, it seems like everyone says that 250 a week is not enough and at least 500 should be the minimum?

Its your call bud but like I said the difference will be made at the gym and at the table. 500 won't be any better than 250 if u dont have diet and training down. If u put 100% in to those two areas u will be satisfied with 250.

So if I end up doing 250 a week, how long should I do the cycle (should I keep it at 12 weeks?)

And since it wouldn't be that harsh of a cycle, what would you say the proper PCT would be for such a dose?
 
I wouldn't even go 500 imo. I ran 250 for my first and loved it. Virtually no sides and great gains. As long as u eat and train big then 250 will be enough and u save gear and money!!

Did you run an AI with that cycle? How do you tolerate sides, estrogenic sides?

Ive only ran 500mg/week and low dose Forma every couple days and dont get too bloated and never had any nipple issues.

Just thinking that with 250, you might not even want to run an AI depending on how you handle sides. Im not a big fan of suppressing estrogen a whole lot. Estrogen is good for the joints and I feel like it improves gains, keeps ya feelin healthy, IMO. But it would be a good idea to have some on hand, just in case.

Sorry for the confusion, but I haven't ran the cycle yet. I am just planning ahead of time and covering all my bases before I give my first cycle a go. For an AI, I was looking at the liquid formestane, but I don't know how I would be dosing that and for how long?
 
dude. I quoted JCMBBFUTURE about HIM running an AI during HIS run of 250mg/week. Not you.

but the liquid Forma is g2g. I would probably either pick up some A-dex or Aromasin tho. But thats just me
 
I wouldnt run any AI at all on 250 wk. Probably not even 500. Have it on hand ofcourse incase you get nipple symptoms.

Nice. Thanks for the reply bro. Im thinkin of doing a run of 250 myself here soon. It will be going down from my past 2 cycles of 500. But I think the gains will still be good if everything is in check.

This, I ran 300 my first cycle, and It was very successful. Try lower and then bump up to 500 for a possible second cycle. But , if you choose to go with 500/week so be it it's a pretty standard starting dose. Just more isn't always better especially in a first cycle.

I am right there with u about the estrogen bud. I didn't run an AI and everything wad great.
