6 things keep me going while cutting.
1. Abs, yup probably the reason we all cut, funnest things to work since they get better looking each and every time as you BF% drops. (ofcourse this also fits w/ overall appearance)
2. Weight chin/pullups. I can never seem to increase the weight while I bulk, since I keep putting on weight it puts them in a stasis. But when I cut for every pound I drop I can pretty much add a pound to the weight. always look forward to these while cutting sincec unlike my other lifts I'm pretty much assured improvement while cutting.
3. Weighted dips (same here)
4. viens ahh here the come back
5. The fact that you can usually all ways do more, when bulking you hit the gym you eat and you rest I find resting the hardest part, w/ cardio theres simply more to do, you still need to train but now you also have cardio. Something that kinda good not happy with result but in the mood to work for it hit some more cardio, (because usually I'm not doing enough to begin w/) unlike while bulking there isn't much you can do to speed up the process.
6. As far as people say losing weight is a slow process and it takes time yes thats true to and extent but not so much as gaining muscle mass, think of all the years you will be working to put on mass, cutting takes relatively little time in comparison. So results are seen that much faster. (of course you don't get as much of a thrill when you hit the gym and see all you lifts arn't sky rocketing up)
