Some crazy arm workouts

I need some crazy arm workouts, and workouts that build the bicep peak more, give me some idea's thanks, also does the arm blaster work or not

having a peak is pretty much genetics, but if u can get it then do standing straight bar curl and incline db curl, these are both excellent bicep builders.

Best thing to do for arms is to do everything.. try and mix it up every arm worout.

DB curls (standing/sitting)
EZ curl bar
Preacher curls
hammer curls (sitting/standing)
machine curls
cables

try them all, mix it up

Best thing to do for peak are seated hammers.

i can think of several exercises that hit the peak better than hammers - they help more with thickness.

Your bicep does two things:

1. Supinate the forearm
2. Flex the arm along a fixed plane

The only real variation one can add to a bicep exercise is to increase the degree of stretch at the bottom (incline curls), or to pronate the hand. You don't really need to do either to have a fully developed bicep; doing all variations in one workout won't aid with development. In any given exercise, the biceps bear the full load, so why bother doing 15 different bicep exercises? It's all the same.

Simple:

workout 1

1. glose grip bench presses - 3 x 6-12
2. barbell curls - 3 x 6-12
3. behind the back wrist curls - 3 x 12-15

workout 2

1. parallel dips
2. seated alternate db curls - 3 x 6-12
3. reverse barbell curls - 3 x 12-15

workout 3

1. lying tricep extensions (skull crushers) 3 x 6-12
2. preacher curls
3. hammer curls - 3 x 6-10

its that simple. low volume and high intensity is the key. remember that your arms are receiving enough stress from othe compound movements.
