Seriously, all you will have to do is file a lawsuit against everyone in sight (kids parents, school board, even the principal) and you will get paid off so badly you can put your daughter in a private school. I would make sure you have a police report and lots of photos and statements from witnesses to back you up. They are screwed if you do all this.

The school is overcrowded and he was irratated and threw an elbow at the person behind him, which happened to be my daughter. My daughter was so upset that she went outside to call her mom. The principal yanked the phone out of my daughter's hands. My ex wife called back and cussed the principal out or I would have done it. I believe this boy is 17 or over and is yet to be identified and the idiots at the school don't care. ( I might have to sue). If I find out who this boy is, he's in a world of shit. Her eye looks pretty bad.

Er, it probably would have been more effective if your daughter went to the school nurse and told her what happened and describe the person that did it than having her mother scream obcenities at the principal which well, will just make your daughter be treated like the daughter of "those parents".

Strange progression of events - if the principal yanks the phone wouldn't your daughter just turn around and tell this person what happened? So either there's more to the story, your daughter already has already had run ins with the principal or the principal is just a passive aggressive control freak that still calls out to momma in the middle of the night.

Does she know who this boy is?
