Where is the bulk of your sodium coming from? Look at your labels and figure that out first, then you can work on finding adequate substitutes or cutting down on the highest sodium foods.
Nothing in a can, box, package, etc. Cottage cheese should also be low sodium kind. Throw away your salt shaker and experiment with basil, parsley and other herbs when cooking. Consuming bananas, avocado and other high potassium foods will help reduce fluid retention. Hope this helps
