3 months of 12 hour shifts with no days off, a deployment excercise, and having a baby boy have given me no time to get to the gym and left me a fat weak mess. Thank God it's back to normal on Wednesday then it's time go get back hardcore. But right now 5'8" 180 probably like 15%.
