You forgot to mention one thing....GHB is one of the drugs where the government completely contradicts themselves....Its schedule 1 and 3....it was only schedule one and then out came a pharmaceutical grade that was approved to treat narcoleptics so they just dropped it in the 3 bracket also!!!

i guess they could throw you with a 3 also...but i dont' know if they can "charge" you twice with the same drug...i think they will just take the worst one and slam it to ya!

i think the product was called xylem or something like that.....its out there now. If you get prescribed it they next day it to you via fedex and you personally have to show id and sign for it...they don't even keep it at pharmacies

From what I heard, they charge with schedule I if you get busted with GHB. Who knows, that might be different for each guy, from I to III
