So if you could only take ONE supplement...

Which one would it be?

Assuming a clean diet (geared towards putting lean mass on a "hardgainer"), a good exercise regimen, and no AS, what would your number one recommended supplement be for putting on the most muscle?
 
Why limit yourself to only one supplement?

You will get the best gains from 1-test. But I've never heard of anybody taking ONLY 1-test. Everyone also takes multi-vitamins, anti-ox, glutamine, creatine, fish oil, etc. You will also probably need something for recovery after the 1-test cycle, such as ZMA, Vitex, or Clomid.

I highly doubt that a "hardgainer" is going to get much "lean mass" from a clean diet. If you truly are a hardgainer, you need to be eating everything in sight.

No way am I limiting myself to just one supplement :) - I 'm currently taking multis, anti-oxidants, glutamine, creatine, whey, MRPs, and ZMA.

But because I'm low on cash, I wanted to see what would give me the most bang for any buck, so to speak.
 
Yeah, i'd blow my fuckin brains out if i could only use one supplement. my list of products at my GNC i work at makes the other guys laugh. and i order more shit online that i can't get from GNC, like R-ALA and "pharmaceuticals". lol. :)
 
LOL. Ok, assuming no "pharmaceuticals," and you're already taking multis, creatine, glutamine, MRPs, protein. What would you get?

if your looking to burn fat, then a thermogenic (Clenbutrx, MD6, Ripped fuel, Xenadrine)........if your looking to build muscle primarily then go with a Pro-hormone or pro-steroid of choice and mega dose it. or get some pharmaceuticals. :D

Yeah, i would use 1-AD by ergo. i was thinking next time around for me would be 1-AD ergo, and boldione by molecular, along with a good transdermal like ergo's nordiol or 4-AD. stack all three together. but as for "only 1", you'd have to try each for yourself and see which one is the best for you.
 
Shit, thats within a few bucks of what i get it for at wholesale cost at my job. I think its like $34 or something. and as far as dosage, do at least 600mg or 6 caps. do more if you can afford it.
