i'm 5'10'' or so and my ideal size is 225 at single digit bf%

I'm not quite that big right now but it's hard to pack on size when it's fucking 100 degrees outside

Either way, i'm still over 200 right now and pretty cut up and vascular, so if a bish doesn't like it that's fine, because 9/10 of her friends will and they likely have a better rack anyways
