Snatches raped my traps

Gotcha. I'll have to pass on those...I can't completely lock out my right elbow, especially with something explosive like that. My ortho surgeon would be pised if I showed up with another blown-out elbow :D

point A it starts in mid thigh

point B you flip it up to your collar bone

point C its pressed over head and arms are straight


with a snatch you skip point B and go straight from A to C

that is a hang snatch (not even that....there is no "pressing" either). its a pull......not a flip. A flip involves the arms. a pull is all leg and hip drive.

the bars momentum will carry the bar over head......no pressing is done. just pull and catch
