Smoked fish

I really like smoked fish – it tastes so damn good, but could not find any decent information about how healthy it is, and how safe it is. Can anyone enlighten me please?

There is absolutely no benefit in smoked fish. In fact, this is one of the worst things you can eat, since it is cooked with smoke, which contains thousands of elements that are dangerous for our health. This smoke also has cancerogens....so there is absolutely no benefit in eating smoked fish, other than taste, but this alone for me is not reason enough to eat it.

Oh, I thought it was burnt oil that causes cancer. Sad thing - I really like that taste ((( How is it best cooked and tasty?

It's fine once in a while but it's not something you want to consume on a regular basis because the smoking process adds carcinogens to the fish.

Try sprinkling paprika onto fresh fish before faking. It'll have a similar taste, but without any of the carcinogens.
