I have decided to cut out the ACP for a few days. It will not hurt my cycle. I am not even sure that could be it. Currently it is about the only thing I have no experience with. So it is easy to hold off a couple days of it. See what happens then introduce it back.
Today only took GW and RAD.

Last night sleep was more normal. Bummer cause that means not as good. But the positive is I am not tired all day. I feel good today. So I only took GW and RAD again.
We will see how this goes.
Back to the gym tonight.

you taking melatonin or n2sleep? you really should take something before bed for better rest imo
