Not when you low income people are given shitty public schools, can't afford college, and surrounded by gangs and cops who wnat to put them away for life. Far from it.
Better than india yes, but the class or caste system whatever u want to call it, is very easy to see if you look outside your window.
The barriers to entry to make millions from defense, oil, banking, federal contracts, energy, water, garbage, satellite communications, etc. are pretty hardcore. Why do you think that is?
