What is better, i do most of my training slow with lighter weights, and my buddies do it fast with heavy weights, What do you guys think is better, it just seems like doing it faster allows you to cheat more and the momentum helps you out too much.
im watching some people at the gym.. say the do stand up dumbell rows.. they try to do it fast that the momentum basicly lifts the weight to them and they don't let it kind off drop down fast and the pull it up again over and over so fast.
i see ALOT of people doing this.. and im doing everything really slow cause im trying to concentrate on technique but i dont know if im just wasting my time anymore
