Slingshot Method, Blast & Cruise

Hey guys, this post is specifically aimed at any members who blast and cruise. Been b&c'in this last year. Regular blood work, all good. I'm reading Ronnie Rowlands slingshot method a lot lately. Really interested in the concept. It's basically an 8 week blast or (reload) with a 2 week cruise or ( deload / prime), it's paired with a professive overload style training method with protein & carbs manipulated during different phases.
1: Any of you guys ran this system? Thoughts??
2: What have ye use compound wise during the 2 week cruises, come off altogether, bridge with hcg & clomid or trt dose test
3: Inclusion of orals?
4: Blood work take a serious decline?

Cruising for 2 weeks is pointless you may as well blast year around. A cruise needs to be 6 weeks at minimum
 
Have a read of the article and look at his theory behind it. It's an interesting concept. Very much like doggycrapp a few years back
