So since I've been upping my sprint intensity for hiit I've got this weird soreness that I can just barely feel when I walk normally all day. Its just on the right when I lift my toes when stepping forward. Anyone had this? It feels too low to be shin splints but to high to be the ankle. Ive been foam rollin it which I can't tell if its helping. Should i add heat or ice or just lay off it. I can still run 5 mi without it bothering me too much but i'd like fix it. Advice?
