I'm wondering what the best game plan is to make my legs appear smaller. My body type has always been the tall skinny guy, but after gaining some weight I seem to hold more fat around my hips and legs ( like a chick
) I've stayed away from doing squats and leg exercises because I don't want my legs to look bigger. Should I start doing squats, extentions etc.. but just doing higher repetitions? I'm currently 6' 3" 217lbs and have a 34 waist ( not bad but I'd like to get back down to a 32 without having to drop down below 200lbs.
