Wow, I am now VERY glad to be part of this forum.... I was browsing bodybuilding.com forums to see contrasts between ours and others and this was the norm. A guy's log, it seemed every workout he had a new body part would hurt and he would quit early. First his ankles hurt during leg press, then his wrists, elbow etc.

Here's a cut and paste sample of the workouts the guys do over there:

"Wow Long ass day.....
Chest workout was very good!
Decline Db: 90x8x3!! Dropped down to 85x6x2
Incline on smith: 190x8x2 210x7x1 then my shoulder felt funny so i dropped down to 170x10x2.... this is assuming the smith machine bar is at 10lbs, Its a new smith machine and I am not sure of its settings yet...
Cable Crossover: 10x8x2 11x8x2 dropped down to 10x7x1
Dip time, which I can finally do un assisted!
Did 2sets of dipsx10 then 2 sets of assisted with 50lbs assistancex10 reps

Then it came to triceps... my elbows felt kinda funny so i went rather light
Vbar pushdown 10x8x2 11x8x1 then down to 10.5x8
Overhead rope 8x10x3 and called it quits for triceps due to the elbow pain.."

The responses to them were all along the lines of "DAMN! BIG LIFTS!!!" or "WoW! you incline that much on the smith!!!!" oh man, if you guys ever want to just have a laugh or need a pick me up, go over there and read some posts. Just thought I'd share.
 
It gets pretty bad over there although there are some noble warriors there who fight against all odds to convey decent information. LoL
 
i believe madcow posts over there too... so maybe someday you'll see some improvement. i heard there were a bunch of mentzer HITers over here for sometime in between, but things have changed, at least on the training forum.

PS: i think the HITers were around after i joined, but there was a period in between in which i didn't visit EF.
 
LOL.....the only non-pathetic thing about that journal entry is that he uses the Soviet method of listing reps before sets.
