Comfortable tshirt, one that wont stretch when I do arms, and sweats. If you have a good build, people are gonna know regardless of what you wear. I hate guys that come into the gym in beaters or queer ass tight t's and look like they are wearing their little sister's sizes. I know that's about half the people on this board too...
