Just finished my last week on this leg program,which focuses on hypertrophy:
Day 1-
1-A)Front Squats 3 sets of 3-5 reps/4 min rest intervals
-alternated with-
1-B)Glute-Ham-Gastroc Raises 3 sets of 6-8 reps/4 min rest intervals
2)Barbell Lunges 4 sets of 6-8 reps/30 sec rest intervals
Been following this routine for 5 weeks.Made good gains in size and strength.
